Following your requests and feedback on previous trainings, we are changing our training courses, towards longer courses that will allow you to have time to integrate the density of what we teach you.

Two types of training conducted by Swann assisted by Lydéric are offered at Zen & Sounds Sud :

​

- The Individual Sound Massage training is intended to teach you all the basics of individual sound massage according to Zen & Sounds with therapeutic bowls and tuning forks, Feng Gong and koshis.

​

- The Gong Bath training aims to teach you all the necessary gestures, to practice group Gong Bath and individual Gong treatment (one-to-one).

​

From January 10th 2022 , these two courses will include 2 levels of 5 days each (more info HERE ).

​

You can get the sound healing equipment (complete set of bowls, tuning forks & gongs) by ordering them from Zen & Sounds.

​

You will have the possibility to stay and eat on site during the training.

​
