ZEN & SOUNDS SOUTH | Sound healing retreat & training center
Launched in early November 2020, the center ZEN & SOUNDS SOUTH is our beautiful new center dedicated to our sound healing retreats. It will also host our sound healing training sessions.
Ideally located in the Mediterranean Occitanie region, 35 minutes north-west of Montpellier, 50 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the Gorges de l'Hérault, the ZEN & SOUNDS SUD Retreat Center welcomes you for moments of pure relaxation. See pictures of the center
Through Gong Bath (gong bath (deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), individual sound massages using therapeutic Himalayan bowls, meditations accompanied by relaxing music performed live (aerial and shamanic voices, anantar, hangs, balafon, tablas, flutes ...), Shiné meditations, sound baths with Rin bells, introductory vegan cooking workshops, guided meditations with tales, self-massage initiation workshops, and yoga, our Zen and Sounds retreats will help you naturally stimulate your immune system, bring you well-being and deep relaxation, revitalize your body, and soothe your mind.
