How to return an item

How long do I have to return an item?

If the product does not satisfy you, you have 14 days to return an item to us from the date you received it.
Products ordered especially for you cannot be returned.

How to return an item ?

Obtain validation of a return by email at Zen & Sounds.
Your articles must be returned at your expense in perfect condition and in their original box accompanied by the email confirming your return request or the mention 'Return validated by (… name of contact person Zen & Sounds) at the address next :

The shipping costs of returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, in the case of an exchange the shipping costs of sending the new item are also the responsibility of the customer.


We advise you to use the cardboard packaging that was used to deliver your order (or, failing that, a similar package) so that the item is in perfect condition.
Once your parcel has been dropped off at the post office, it is advisable to keep the tracking number for your shipment. This information will also allow you to follow the progress of your package on the carrier's site. You will be notified by email of the acceptance or not of your return, refund of the articles concerned upon receipt of the articles.

How do I get an item refunded?

Once we have received your item and validated the conformity of the return, the refund will be made by crediting your bank account or your Paypal account or by check, depending on the method of payment chosen at the time of placing your order.


What if the item I ordered has a defect or is damaged (broken or cracked)?

If your article presents a defect (crack, breakage, abnormal noise) we invite you to contact Zen & Sounds within 48 hours after reception so that a solution is quickly proposed to you. We generally ask to send photos by email before accepting a return within the time limit.


3 possibilities are available to you:
• Repair of the article by Zen & Sounds or supplier (on estimate).
• Exchange of the article.
• Refund.


The guarantee does not apply in certain cases (see the General Conditions of Sale.)
If the article falls under the conditions presented in the CGV and that you have our agreement for return, we invite you to return it by following the procedure described in the section 'How to return an article?'.
