  • 3 initiation workshops to vegan cooking
  • 1 individual sound treatment

Introduction to vegan cooking:

  • Learn how to make tofu and tempeh yourself and cook them into tasty dishes.
  • Find out how to make spring rolls in a variety of flavors.
  • Make a fluffy, gluten-free pizza.
  • Prepare a great classic of Thai cuisine: Green vegetable curry.
  • Discover how to make fermented drinks with probiotic effects: Kefir and Kombucha.
  • Leave with recipe cards to easily redo these dishes at home, with eyes full of colors and enchanted taste buds.
