Three days of aquatic activities and sound therapy in the dream setting of Zen & Sounds Sud!
You will enjoy the warm climate of the South of France by bathing during an individual sound massage in the swimming pool, and of course, gong baths (gong bath: deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), an individual sound massage using Himalayan therapeutic bowls, sound yoga and meditation accompanied by relaxing music played live (aerial voices, overtone singing, anantar, hangs, balafon, tablas, flutes ...).
This Zen and Sounds weekend will help you naturally stimulate your immune system, bring you well-being and deep relaxation. A bubble of well-being and sunshine that will revitalize your body and soothe your mind.
