Through the  Gong Bath (gong bath (deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), individual sound massages using Himalayan therapeutic bowls, and meditation, this retreat Zen and Sounds will help you naturally stimulate your immune system, bring you well-being and deep relaxation, a bubble of well-being that will revitalize your body and soothe your mind.

Three days of immersion to regenerate deeply in the heart of nature in a heavenly setting. Open up to the powerful and deeply rejuvenating experience of the synergy of the two practices of yoga and sound therapy.
