Through the Gong Bath (gong bath: deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), individual sound treatments using Himalayan therapeutic bowls, yoga workshops from therapeutic sound and chanting of mantras, and meditations accompanied by relaxing music played live (aerial voices, overtone singing, anantar, hangs, balafon, tablas, flutes...), this Zen and Sounds mini-retreat will help you naturally stimulate your immune system, will bring you well-being and deep relaxation. A bubble of well-being that will revitalize your body and soothe your mind.
