Through Gong Bath (gong bath: deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), individual sound massages using Himalayan therapeutic bowls, sound yoga workshops and therapeutic mantra chanting, and meditations accompanied by relaxing music played live (aerial voices, overtone singing, anantar, hangs, balafon, tablas, flutes ...), this Zen and Sounds retreat will help you naturally stimulate your immune system, bring you well-being and deep relaxation. A bubble of well-being that will revitalize your body and soothe your mind.

Program :

  • 2 gong baths
  • 5 meditations of the 7 chakras (music performed live)
  • 3 sound yoga workshops & therapeutic singing
  • 1 individual sound massage

Included in the price of the retreat:

  • sound therapy activities

Not included in the price of the retreat:

  • The trip to the Zen & Sounds Sud center
  • Any outings you want to do
