Three days of aquatic activities and sound therapy in the dream setting of Zen & Sounds Sud!
You will enjoy the warm climate of the South of France by bathing during an individual sound treatment in the pool, and of course, gong baths (gong baths: deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), an individual sound treatment using Himalayan therapeutic bowls, sound yoga and meditation accompanied by relaxing music played live (aerial voices, overtone singing, anantar, hangs, balafon, tablas, flutes ...).
This Zen and Sounds weekend will help you naturally stimulate your immune system, bring you well-being and deep relaxation. A bubble of well-being and sunshine that will revitalize your body and soothe your mind.
Program :
- 2 gong baths
- 1 sound yoga workshop
- 1 meditation of the 7 chakras (music played live)
- 1 individual sound treatment in the water
- 1 individual sound massage
