Autumn is here! Revitalize yourself with the powerful and gentle sound of gongs. Easily access a deep meditative state, which will allow you to let go and truly disconnect.

Escape through the “sound sophrology” workshop which will take your mind on a journey through a magnificent sensory landscape.

Finally, re-harmonize your whole being, through individual balancing treatments, such as Amma massage, sound massage, as well as energetic reflexology (… There is a very good chance that all of your meridians will thank you warmly after all that !).

…All accompanied by Phil's eclectic and exotic cuisine.

In summary, a sparkling weekend for the taste buds, soothing for the mind and rejoicing for the heart.
