Through Gong Bath (gong bath (deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), individual sound treatments using Himalayan therapeutic bowls, Shiné meditation workshops, this Zen and Sounds mini-retreat will help you naturally stimulate your immune system, bring you well-being and deep relaxation.A bubble of well-being that will revitalize your body, and soothe your mind.
