Six days of sound therapy and yoga activities around the theme of water.
You will enjoy the warm climate of the South of France by swimming during SUP Yoga sessions in the magical Lac du Salagou, canoeing down the magnificent Gorges de l'Hérault (easy level, no whirlpool), a massage sound in the swimming pool, and of course, gong baths (gong bath: deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), an individual sound massage using therapeutic Himalayan bowls, and meditations accompanied by music relaxing performed live (aerial voices, overtone singing, anantar, hangs, balafon, tablas, flutes ...)
This Zen and Sounds retreat will help you naturally stimulate your immune system, bring you well-being and deep relaxation. A bubble of well-being and sunshine that will revitalize your body and soothe your mind.
