Through Gong Bath (gong bath (deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), individual sound massages using Himalayan therapeutic bowls, and yoga classes, this Zen and Sounds retreat will help you to naturally stimulate your immune system, will bring you well-being and deep relaxation.A bubble of well-being that will revitalize your body, and soothe your mind.

Six days in immersion to regenerate in depth in the heart of nature in a paradisiacal setting. Open to the powerful and deeply resourcing experience of the synergy of the two practices of Yoga and Sound Therapy. A moment for yourself, to free yourself and let go deeply, to reconnect with your infinite resources, your creative energy and find harmony: our most natural state leading to fullness.

  • 3 gong baths
  • 3 guided practices of Pranayama and Meditation
  • 2 dynamic yoga workshops Asanas / Vinyasa flow
  • 5 Shiné meditations
  • 2 Bran bath with Rin bowls
  • 1 Restorative Yoga workshop
  • 1 individual sound massage
