Six days of sound therapy and yoga activities centered around the theme of water.
You will enjoy the warm climate of the South of France by swimming during SUP Yoga sessions in the magical Lake Salagou, canoeing down the magnificent Gorges de l'Hérault (easy level, no rapids), a sound massage in the pool, and of course, gong baths (gong bath: deep sound meditation using large symphonic gongs), an individual sound massage using Himalayan therapeutic bowls, and meditations accompanied by relaxing music played…
